Every young person in Idaho aged 6 to 17 can enter, free, in any medium, with over $2,000 in cash and art supplies. The shortlisted works hang alongside the professional collection, and the winners are announced on stage at 4:00 PM with their work behind them.
Doors open free from 2:00 PM, walk the galleries, meet the artists, no ticket required.
