Everything, plainly
Questions, answered
AR & phygital
Do I need a crypto wallet?
No. Not to buy a ticket, not to enter, not to wear the merch. Everything digital is a bonus that unlocks after purchase on the OpulX marketplace, never a requirement.
What does “phygital” mean?
Physical + digital, woven together. A hoodie you wear that animates through your phone camera. A painting on the wall with a twin on the XRP Ledger. One object, two layers.
Tickets
Is any part of the event free?
Yes, the whole afternoon, 2:00 to 4:30 PM, free and open to all with no ticket required. The centerpiece is The Loom Youth Prize exhibition: work by young artists from across Idaho, hung alongside the professional collection, with the awards ceremony on stage at 4:00 PM. Walk the galleries, meet the artists, try the AR layer on your own phone. The evening gala is ticketed, VIP entry 5:30 PM, doors 6:30 PM.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are refundable until November 7. Merch pre-orders are refundable until the window closes October 17; after that production starts and orders are final except for defects. Email team@opulx.io with your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket or install an app?
Neither. Your QR arrives by email (with a printable PDF if you like paper). Show it from your phone at the door.
Pre-orders & merch
What is included in a pre-order?
The numbered physical piece, each product is its own strictly limited edition, with the edition size shown on its page, plus its collector card with your edition number and AR code, and the claimable digital twin. Pre-orders close October 17 and everything is produced to confirmed order.
When do I get my merch?
Every piece is made to order after the window closes October 17. Shipped orders dispatch after the event and typically arrive within 3-4 weeks of November 14 (US addresses only). Coming to Boise? Free pickup at the event is available at checkout.

Saturday rates are modest and the first hour is free. Arriving by bus, Main Street Station sits directly beneath Boise Centre East; bike racks are by the West entrance on the Grove Plaza.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, Boise Centre is a modern convention venue with step-free access and accessible restrooms. ASL interpretation is available on request two weeks ahead: team@opulx.io. The site itself is built to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

The gala is all-ages. Every ticket carries one drink voucher, soft drinks for all ages, alcohol 21+ with ID, and after your voucher the bar is 21+ and card-only (Boise Centre is a cash-free building). Under-16s should be accompanied by an adult; Loom Youth Prize winners attend the evening with a guardian.
